RAW Barbell Club

I started RAW Barbell Club so that I could lift with a group of like minded athletes interested in getting strong and lifting weights.

If you live in the Hills or Hawksbury area it would be worth while coming down for a session.

Located within CrossFit Achilles, We run training sessions throughout the week!

Team Training

Tuesday & Thursday [6:00pm – 7:30pm]

Wednesday [7:00 – 9:00am]

Saturday [9:00am – 10:30am]

Open Gym (For Full Members only)

Monday & Wednesday [6:00am – 10:30am | 4:30pm – 7:30pm]

Tuesday [6:00am – 10:30am]

Thursday [6:00am – 10:30am]

Friday [6:00am – 10:30am | 4:30pm – 7:30pm]
